Co-organized with Swansea University and the Observatory on Human Rights and Social Justice, this webinar engages with the challenge of transitioning children's rights laws and policies into practice. It will present research findings from a study on young children’s participative rights in schools in Wales, discussing the gap between policy intention and implementation, and the integration of rights-based approaches in education.
