University of Geneva, 25-26 April 2024: Collaborative Research in Children’s Rights - Fostering Dialogue Between Academia and Society

26-27 March 2020 This scientific conference, which is part of the activities developed by the Children’s Rights European Academic Network (CREAN), is open to CREAN members as well as for other interested participants. We particularly invite researchers, teachers and students, activists and policy-makers, staff members of NGOs and international organizations who work on themes related to intersectionality, interdisciplinarity, childhood, children’s rights, human rights studies and cognate academic fields.

The conference aims to carry on the dialogue on the role and impact of children’s rights education and research on policy development between academia and policy-makers. The conference theme allows bringing together perspectives from academia and professional partners both on children’s rights policy development as well as on academic education and research.
