The University of Neuchâtel offers classes related to children’s rights mainly taught as part of the compulsory bachelor’s degree course in Law of persons (taught by Professor Hotz). A course on juvenile criminal law and procedure (currently taught by Professor André Kuhn) is also offered to master’s students.

A newsletter covering the latest developments in Swiss family law (including children’s rights) is also published monthly on droitdesfamilles.ch. It enables users to quickly view the latest judgements and access all case law on matrimonial law since 2011.

In addition to this, the doctoral seminar for PhD students “Enfance, Famille, Droit (“Childhood, Family, Law”) also takes place at the University of Neuchâtel every semester (last edition: https://droit.cuso.ch/?id=3370&tx_displaycontroller[showUid]=8517).
